Dart control PCB to COM port lead.

Making A COM port lead.

Above is a diagram for connecting the Dart control PCB to either a 9 or 25 way PC COM port. Both leads are wired for hardware handshake (prefered) but if software handshake (XON/XOFF) or no handshake is to be used then only TxD, RxD and GND need be connected.

Note Pin 1 on the RS232 connector is the pin furthest away from the power connector.
